Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Rank It at rank4it.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Rank It does
Rank It helps you research short videos, arrange them into a ranking, render a finished vertical video, and publish it to a YouTube channel you connect. It is a tool. What you make with it, and whether you have the right to make it, is your responsibility.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. You must be at least 16. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan includes a monthly allowance at no cost.
- Creator is 29 USD per month. Studio is 59 USD per month.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Cancel at any time from Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Plan allowances reset monthly and do not carry over. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice by email.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Content and rights — read this one
Rank It finds and works with videos that are publicly viewable on other platforms. Being able to find a video is not permission to republish it.
The service is built for research and private review. Before you publish anything that contains someone else work, it is your responsibility to identify the original creator and obtain their permission, and to comply with the terms of the platform the clip came from. You are solely responsible for what you publish.
You keep ownership of the videos you create. You give us only the permission needed to store and process them so the service can work.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rank It to:
- Infringe copyright or any other right belonging to someone else.
- Create content that harasses, defames, or endangers anyone.
- Get around access controls, paywalls, or login requirements on any platform.
- Resell or redistribute the service itself.
- Overload or interfere with the service, or attempt to break its security.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Rendering depends on external platforms and AI providers that can change or fail without notice. Features may change over time.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Rank It and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents it. If we close the service entirely, we will give notice and a chance to download your videos.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Rank It is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. This does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will change, and significant changes are notified by email. Continuing to use the service means accepting the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. See also our Privacy Policy.
